The Three Cups Hotel

Campaigning for preservation of the hotel where J.R.R. Tolkien stayed and gained inspiration for his mythology. Jane Austen, G.K. Chesterton, Tennyson and H.W. Longfellow were also guests. Historic Hotels of America

I've been given a link to a site that seems to indicate that the market for historic hotels is recognised on the other side of the Atlantic Ocean. Let's hope that this commercial concept appears over here before too long.
