Punch House, Monmouth

Click on this link to the website of a popular old coaching inn in Monmouth to see how successful a hotel can be when fulfilling its original function as a pub and restaurant with accommodation.

I would like to congratulate the management of The Punch House and Brains Brewery for making their HOTEL so welcoming and such a thriving part of the town's economy. Click here for their Wikipedia entry. Notice how go ahead they are with QRPedia codes. And note, too, how it is still the same building inside - not demolished and rebuilt. Surely, this success story could be emulated in Lyme Regis by re-opening The Three Cups AS A HOTEL.
